By downloading, installing, or using the ItinerSense mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
ItinerSense is a personal travel companion that helps you discover landmarks around you using augmented reality, maps, and personalised trip planning. The App provides information for entertainment and convenience purposes only.
You may use the App for your personal, non‑commercial use. You may not:
The App offers optional in‑app purchases for a "Pro" upgrade that unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple’s StoreKit and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. Refunds for purchases must be requested directly through Apple. We do not provide refunds outside of Apple’s standard process.
Pro features and pricing may change from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the App accordingly. Your existing purchase will not be affected unless stated otherwise.
We make every effort to provide accurate and up‑to‑date information about landmarks, including names, descriptions, locations, and operating hours. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content within the App. You acknowledge that any reliance on such information is at your own risk.
The App’s augmented reality features require the use of your device’s camera and location services. Always be aware of your surroundings while using AR. Do not use the App while driving, cycling, or when situational awareness is required for safety. ItinerSense and its developers are not responsible for any injury, accident, or damage resulting from the use of the App in unsafe environments.
The App utilizes Apple Maps (MapKit) for displaying maps and StoreKit for processing in‑app purchases. These services are provided by Apple and are governed by their respective policies. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third‑party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ItinerSense and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error‑free or uninterrupted.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
